After three years apart where we could only meet online, we would like to announce the 66th Conference and Break Bulk Europe 2022 in Rotterdam at 15-19 of May 2022 and the chance to finally meet in person again.
Booking for Breakbulk is starting now and as you can imagine we expect to be fully booked very soon.
The Conference will be held from Sunday 15th of May till Tuesday 17th of May and the Break Bulk Exhibition from 17th of May afternoon till Thursday 19th of May 2022.
The new place that Breakbulk Exhibition will be held is Rotterdam as already announced, and the hotels are two in one building: Mainport Inntel Hotels and Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre which are next to each other and connected. Please feel free to see them at their website:

Room Rates vary between 140€ -295€ and prices are based on the type of room you will choose and as always it is first come first served. Please note that the above cost is for single use per room per night and does not include city tax.
Nights can only be booked with a minimum length of stay of 3 nights, ( i.e. 15-18 May 2022 or 16-19 May 2022).

Panorama Room
The Panorama room offers a unique view of both the water and the Rotterdam Skyline. The distinctive features in this room are the design elements, such as the luxurious Montis arm chairs and the Italian design lighting.
Panorama Top Room
The Panorama Top room is situated on one of the upper floors. It is a large and luxurious room with breathtaking views of the water, the Rotterdam Skyline and the Erasmus bridge. It offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a king size bed, bathtub and separate rain shower.
City XL
City XL The City XL (36m2) is designed for today’s city traveller. Business or leisure, the supersized room with funky layout, XL King size bed and massive bathroom offer all the space one might need. The walk-in shower, whirlpool and mirror TV help you relax after a hard day’s work or exploring the city.
Waterfront Spa
Explore Rotterdam from your whirlpool! Waterfront Spa (44m2), the true jet set room, offers a huge Whirlpool in front of the window overlooking the oldest inner harbor. This true wellness experience includes a bathroom with walk-in shower and private sauna.
Cancellation Policy / Payment Terms ***
1) In case of cancellation more than 3 months before arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee.
2) In case of cancellation between 3 and 2 months before arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel.
3) In case of cancellation between 2 and 1 months before arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel.
4) In case of cancellation between 1 month and 14 days before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel.
5) In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel.
6) In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel.

Bookings of these rooms can occur through THLG admin support (but you need to see and choose first the type of room you prefer as there are 4 types of rooms)
The above price is an exceptional price given to THLG due to long negotiation and early booking conditions. Each member is entitled to 1-2 rooms. Any extra rooms needed we can see at a later stage, after the deadline is expired and if there are any available.
It is absolutely necessary to reply as soon as possible because FIRST COME is FIRST SERVED. We are 63 members so as you imagine the soonest the better!
