After a fantastic 65th Conference in Helsinki, Finland, and a crowded 1st Customer Summit, we happily announce the 66th Conference and Break Bulk Europe 2020 in Bremen at 24-28 of May 2020.
Those of you who attended the Helsinki Conference already know that booking for Breakbulk has started and it is always fully booked.
The Conference will be held from Sunday 24th of May till Tuesday 26th of May and the Break Bulk Exhibition from 26th of May afternoon till Thursday 28th of May 2020.
The hotel is the same as last year, Swissotel Bremen. Please feel free to see it again at their website: www.swissotel.com/Bremen
Room Rates including breakfast, all applicable taxes and service charges:
Sunday 24th/05/2020: Single room 149€, double occupation 164€
Monday 25th/05/2020: Single room 229€, double occupation 244€
Tuesday 26th/05/2020: Single room 229€, double occupation 244€
Wednesday 27th/05/2020: Single room 229€, double occupation 244€
Thursday 28th/05/2020: Single room 149€, double occupation 164€
Nights can only be booked with a minimum length of stay of 3 nights for either 24/5-27/5 or 25/5-28/5. In case the booking is for 24/5-27/5 the last night will be charged single room 229€, double occupation 244€ but in case the nights are 4 or more the discounted price will be applicable for the rest of the nights (pre or post nights: single room 149€, double occupation 164€).
For luggage service, they invoice 2.50€, per person, per way.
Cancellation Policy / Payment Terms ***
– in < 6 weeks 50% of charges with regards to days of reservation
– in < 4 weeks 75% of charges with regards to days of reservation
– in < 2 weeks full charge with regards to days of reservation
( *** to be invoiced by our THLG treasurer when relevant *** )
Bookings of these rooms can only occur according to THLG’ contract directly by THLG so not possible via the Hotel. The above price is an exceptional price given to THLG due to last years’ occupation and early booking conditions. Each member is entitled to 1-2 rooms. Any extra rooms needed we can see at a later stage if there are any available.
It is absolutely necessary to reply as soon as possible because FIRST COME is FIRST SERVED. We are 59 members so as you imagine the soonest the better!

We are still in the process finalizing the agenda and program and you will be informed of the detailed one as soon as possible.
