We are very happy to announce THLG’s 67th Conference in Antwerp, Belgium.
The bookings are starting now and we expect to be fully booked very soon.
The Conference will be held from Sunday 2nd of October until Tuesday 4th of October and will be followed by Antwerp XL from 4th of October in the afternoon until Thursday 6th of October 2022.
Antwerp XL will be held at the ANTWERP EXPO and the Conference at the Hyllit Hotel. Please feel free to check the websites:
Room rates are at the price of 139 eur / night for single occupancy and 149 eur / night for double occupancy and do not include city tax. As usual, each member can book 1-2 rooms. Bookings of these rooms can occur through THLG Admin Support.
It is absolutely necessary to reply as soon as possible because FIRST COME is FIRST SERVED.
Cancellation Policy / Payment Terms ***
- You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before the arrival date
- 30-22 days before the arrival date, 20% of the canceled rooms and meeting accommodation will be charged
- 21-16 days before the arrival date, 40% of the canceled rooms and meeting accommodation will be charged
- 15-10 days before the arrival date, 60% of the canceled rooms and meeting accommodation will be charged
- 9-5 days before the arrival date, 80% of the canceled rooms and meeting accommodation will be charged
- Less than 5 days before the arrival date, 100% of the canceled rooms and meeting accommodation will be charged
- A cancellation is only accepted by email

We are still in the process finalizing the agenda and program and you will be informed of the detailed one as soon as possible.
With regards to all THLG functions like Informal dinner and Gala dinner please inform us of your attendance and with how many people, in order to make all necessary arrangements. As usual 2 people per member are free of charge.
