Dear members,
It is with great pleasure that THLG announces its 68th Conference from 4-6 June 2023, and Breakbulk Europe 2023 from 6-8 June 2023. This year, our Conference will take place in a different city than Rotterdam as hotel prices have skyrocketed and are more than double than last year. So, in order to be viable and also remain within reasonable expenses, ExCom has decided to hold the Conference in The Hague, Netherlands, a city within 27 km of Rotterdam. We will be staying at a centrally located hotel and transportation to/from Rotterdam Ahoy will be arranged by THLG for the exhibition days.
The hotel booked is The Park Centraal Den Haag, with beautifully refurbished rooms and a 160 year old heritage preserved throughout. Our Informal (4th of June) and Gala (5th of June) dinners will also take place in The Hague for which details will follow in a later stage. The hotel’s website is www.parkcentraal.com.
Room rates vary between 160€ -185€ and prices are based on the type of room you will choose. As always it is first come first served. Please note that the above cost is for single use. The supplement for double use is 17.5 eur per room per night and does not include city tax, 5.35 per person/night.

CANCELLATION POLICY (***)
▪ The individual reservations that are made by guests, can be cancelled free of charge until
7 days prior to arrival.
▪ In case of cancellation from 6 days until 3 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.
▪ In case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival, the total number of nights reserved
will be charged

Bookings of these rooms can occur through the THLG365 App where you will find the booking link available. The guests will pay for all costs related to their accommodation, including hotel room, breakfast, city tax and all extras:
Each member is entitled to 1-2 rooms. Any extra rooms needed we can see at a later stage, after the deadline is expired and if there are any available.
It is absolutely necessary to act as soon as possible because FIRST COME is FIRST SERVED.
We are still in the process finalizing the agenda and program and you will be informed of all the details as soon as possible.
With regards to all THLG functions like Informal dinner and Gala dinner please inform us of your attendance and with how many people in order to arrange the proper place. As usual 2 people per member are free of charge.
