Antwerp XL Procurement Dinner – The must go to networking event in breakbulk

Dear Members,

THLG members have an unrivalled networking opportunity in the form of a procurement dinner with Gold VIPs on the 5th October at the Antwerp XL. This is an opportunity to sit alongside BP, Shell, TATA Steel, Sumitomo, CAT, DENYS, Vestas, Thyssenkrupp, and many more industry leaders. Only C-suite level contacts that have real spending and decision-making power, will be at this must-go-to procurement dinner.

The ticket costs €110 and will include food, drinks, canapes, entertainment, and the opportunity to network throughout the evening. This is a high-level event and is exclusive to exhibitors and GOLD VIP members only.  Closer to the date, a full list of all companies attending will be released so that members can plan who to focus on.

Any THLG member that is interested in participating should send an email to [email protected] confirming their participation and number of tickets needed.   Admin Support will place the bulk order on your behalf, and the amount will be billed along with the membership fee for 2023.  In the unlikely case, where the membership is not renewed each company must still cover this expense, for which you are kindly requested to also confirm.

Please send your requests latest by Sep 15th as they are going really fast and we need to secure the spots!

Thank you and best regards,

ExCom
