Dear fellow THLG members
we have been approached by AntwerpXL management asking for our intention to participate in the forthcoming exhibition which takes place 28-30 November 2023 in Antwerp.
In continuance of this inquiry, we would like to receive your feedback regarding possible participation as a co-exhibitor under the THLG umbrella.
We would need to receive at least 8 participants in order to run a cost estimation. Pleased to receive your feedback by the end of the week in order to examine within ExCom possibilities and costs involved.
Should we receive insufficient number of potential co-exhibitors, we will give a negative answer of participation to AntwerpXL.
