BBEurope 2019 – THLG Booth – Important Information and dress code.

Dear fellow THLG members,

In light of the coming BBEurope exhibition we would like to inform you that this year THLG will participate with a booth located in Hall 5 where 25 members will be co-exhibiting.

In addition to exhibiting members’ counters, a THLG info desk will be allocated in order to receive possible visitors who may wish to express their interest in joining our group. Jos Willems and Maria Angelou will be our hosting points of contact.

This year, we have increased the seating areas within the booth and we would like to inform you that all our members are most welcome to use the facilities in case you need to rest for a short while or host a client or a guest.

As the sitting area is for common use, please, always take into consideration that other people may need to use it soon, therefore, please, be cautious with time occupation.

In addition to the above, please be informed that the booth will have a designated area where members can leave their brochures for promotional purposes.

During the exhibiting hours, snack and refreshment treats will be available to all our members.

In an effort to boost our common ground as a respectful global group of local professionals, it is rather important to present ourselves in the best way possible, hence it’s been decided that a dressing code will apply starting from this year.

Business attire, company uniforms or THLG logo polo shirts which will shortly become available to you, are all welcome.

A full presentation on THLG booth design, use and general information will be given during THLG Conference by Iris Riedl who is in charge of the BB event planning for THLG.

For any additional information regarding BBEurope exhibition, please do not hesitate to contact THLG administrative support executives, Jos Willems and Maria Angelou.

We look forward to seeing you all in Bremen this May and let’s all of us try to make this year’s participation in BB another success story.

Best Regards
