Dear members,
After a year with many obstacles and new experiences for all of us, a year where health was our primary goal, a year full of Webinars and online Conferences, we happily announce the 66th Conference and Break Bulk Europe 2021 in Bremen at 16-20th of May 2021, hoping the pandemic will be controlled by then and we can all travel and meet again in person.
The Conference will be held from Sunday 16th of May till Tuesday 18th of May and the Break Bulk Exhibition from 18th of May afternoon till Thursday 20th of May 2021.
We understand that the situation is currently uncertain and no one can actually make plans for travelling after six months, but we have to provide a booking to the hotel, otherwise they will cancel the rooms. If the situation is still difficult, we will see it at a later stage, together with the hotel and BB management and any decisions they make for the exhibition. Cancellation due to covid restrictions in travelling per country are covered in our contract.

Room Rates including breakfast, all applicable taxes and service charges:
Sunday 16th/05/2021: Single room 149€, double occupation 164€
Monday 17th/05/2021: Single room 229€, double occupation 244€
Tuesday 18th/05/2021: Single room 229€, double occupation 244€
Wednesday 19th/05/2021: Single room 229€, double occupation 244€
Thursday 20th/05/2021: Single room 149€, double occupation 164€
Nights can only be booked with a minimum length of stay of 3 nights for either 17/5-20/5 or 18/5-21/5. In case the booking is for 18/5-21/5 the last night will be charged single room 229€, double occupation 244€ but in case the nights are 4 or more the discounted price will be applicable for the rest of the nights (pre or post nights: single room 149€, double occupation 164€).
Cancellation Policy / Payment Terms ***
– until end of January 2021 free of charge
– until end of February 2021 50% can be cancelled free of charge with regards to days of reservation
– until 20th of March 2021 25% can be cancelled free of charge with regards to days of reservation
– until 10th of April 2021 10% can be cancelled free of charge with regards to days of reservation – after the above date, full charge with regards to days of reservation ( *** to be invoiced by our THLG treasurer when relevant *** )
Bookings of these rooms can only occur according to THLG’ contract directly by THLG so not possible via the Hotel. The above price is an exceptional price given to THLG due to all years’ occupation and early booking conditions. Each member is entitled to 1-2 rooms. Any extra rooms needed we can see at a later stage if there are any available.
It is absolutely necessary to reply as soon as possible because FIRST COME is FIRST SERVED. We are 58 members so as you imagine the soonest the better!

We are still in the process finalizing the agenda and program and you will be informed of the detailed one as soon as possible.
With regards to all THLG functions like Informal dinner and Gala dinner please inform us of your attendance and with how many people in order to arrange the proper place.
