As we prepare for our upcoming conference in The Hague, we are already looking ahead to our 2026 year-end gathering.
We are seeking a member to host this prestigious event—an exciting opportunity to showcase your country’s rich culture and heritage while strengthening connections within our community.
If you are interested in hosting, please submit your candidacy to present in The Hague by March 30th. Further details and presentation guidelines will be shared with all applicants.
To ensure a seamless and successful event, the host will work closely with ExCom on the following key responsibilities:
- Identifying and comparing suitable hotels for attendees
- Arranging restaurants for all meals
- Curating a diverse social program
- Providing comprehensive details to assist participants
- Coordinating transportation if needed
- Ensuring a secure environment for all guests
- Acting as a liaison for any issues requiring local support
