Only financially settled members are permitted to attend the conference and participate in voting. If you have not yet settled your obligations, please ensure this is done prior to the event.
⸻
Promotional Materials
Participants are welcome to bring brochures and other promotional materials. A dedicated display area will be available at the entrance of the conference room for this purpose.

Photo Opportunities
Large banners featuring the THLG logo will be on display throughout the venue—feel free to take photos and tag @thlg and @theheavyliftgroup on your social media posts!
A professional photographer will be present throughout the day. We strongly encourage all members to have a professional portrait photo taken during the breaks, as it is very likely to be required throughout the year for various marketing and promotional features we run. This is a great opportunity to ensure we have a high-quality image of you on file.
⸻
Dress Code
- Conference: Smart casual
- Gala Dinner: Formal attire is expected—gentlemen should wear a tie.
⸻
Breaks & Meals
All coffee breaks and lunch will be provided and served within the hotel. This is a great opportunity to network, recharge, and enjoy informal conversations with fellow members.
⸻

The full conference will be livestreamed for members who cannot attend in person. Remote attendees are welcome to participate in all voting procedures.
⸻
Voting Procedures
Voting rights are limited to one representative per member company.
