Dear Members,
We are excited to meet together after the last 2 years of lockdown’s, restricted travel and precautions due to the Covid pandemic.
However, we still need to exercise caution and hence THLG Excom has decided to have some Covid Protocols for your and everyone’s safety as follows:
- We are requesting that if you are unwell or experiencing any covid like symptoms, to take care of yourself and stay home
- If possible, kindly do a home test or RT-PCR test prior leaving your home country to travel to the THLG Meeting in Rotterdam
- Excom will provide to all attending members of THLG Meeting a free Home Test Kit, which we urge you to use in your hotel room and check yourself prior meeting everyone for our events. If you do test positive, we urge you to take precautions and self-isolate.
- Masks will be provided during our THLG meetings / dinners.
- Disinfectant will be available at the Hotel, and request you to use it frequently
The above are some steps we would like to take in minimizing any spread, however this can only be possible with everyone’s support and self-awareness.
