Dear THLG members
In our efforts to ensure clear representation from each member and to comply with our Articles of Association, we aim to safeguard against any unintended conflicts of interest within the group.
As such, we would like to remind all members that participation in THLG events—such as conferences, dinners, social programs, and the THLG WhatsApp chat room—is exclusively reserved for members representing their country of membership. In exceptional circumstances, and only where no conflict is declared, the ExCom may consider granting an exemption.
To maintain harmony and avoid further complaints, we kindly encourage all members to respect and adhere to the established bylaws.
