ExCom meeting Minutes of Bremen in May 2019

Dear members,

Another long ExCom meeting was completed at 19th of May 2019. A lot of important issues needed to be addressed, 14 issues of the agenda and 4 additional ones that occured during the meeting, therefore 18 issues to be exact, like awards to members and new Contests, increase of promotion of the group through social media and advertising, marketing isssues, the application process and ways to attract more members, further strategic business development through our 1st Customer Summit, one to one meetings and more, finances and budget, of course the Spring Conference & Break Bulk Europe 2019 and its Agenda, Breakbulk Europe 2020 contract, THLG scholarship and possibilities of how to attact sponsors and so on. Thankfully all issues were discussed, a lot of suggestions were made for further business development of the group and all necessary actions were made.

Please take a look at them, read them thoroughly, you will find out all the crusial work the ExCom is trying to do for the group.

We are all very happy with the completion of this meeting and its results.

Next ExCom meeting will occur in Antwerp in October, together with the representation of THLG in HLPFI Awards as shortlisted for the award of Network of the Year!
