Dear THLG members, At this stage it’s still three months before the 58th conference & Break Bulk 22-26 May 2016 and many members asking me already to make their reservation for the Hyllit hotel, before getting this announcement. IMPORTANT: Request to be reply by return for your hotel booking, better today than tomorrow, but at least before the 31st of March 2016. Because it is always very busy as you all know and rooms according THLG contract are limited. Members asking for more rooms but first we have to serve all our THLG members and after the date 31st of March 2016 if requested we feel free to supply more rooms to THLG members. Reservations will be registered on basis first come, first served and if rooms according THLG contract are fully booked you will have to make ( if rooms are still available !!) your own arrangements. ( *** to be invoiced by our THLG treasurer when relevant *** ) HEAVY LIFT MASTER CLASS 24th May 2016 (Tuesday !). Also this year we organized the second part of the Heavy Lift Master Class Training for May 24th (the day after our conference in Antwerp) between 08:00-16:00 at the Hylit Hotel for our members. As it shows with regards to positive comments by members last year it was a very successful and perfect day for the training as that day is free for most of all members right before the Breakbulk Show that night. The class will be given again by Mr. Marco Van Daal, a well-known lecturer/speaker/trainer in heavy transport and lifting (http://www.the-works-int.com) . Also this year as an added benefit to our THLG members, this training will be FREE for the first attendant from each member and the cost for the second person is only Euro 200,-, which is still is negligible compared to the actual cost of this type of training programs elsewhere. For this Heavy Lift Master Class Training we have limited space and thus, would ask you to send your registration by email to [email protected] as quickly as possible, also preferably before the end of March 2016. If there is space available at the end of March, then we will be able to accept a third person from the same company at the same cost as the second person.
