After a great Break Bulk show in Bremen a few days ago, hosting 26 members in THLG booth, as well as having 7 members exhibiting independently around THLG market place, THLG’s presence was indisputably impressive!
Our location was ideal at Hall 5, our size was imposing and “power in unity” clearly shown to clients, partners and potential ones.
This effort was successful due to a well organized plan, an early booking of space and prepayment arrangements. All these factors gave us negotiating advantages.
Based on the huge participation and the power they have of hosting the Breakbulk Europe for one more time in Bremen, the exhibition management has already required an early booking space for 2020.
Therefore we need to remind you and point out the importance of signing the soonest for Break Bulk 2020, if you have not signed yet.

The cost of participation is 3.500 Euro per stand which covers the construction of the stand, posters, marketing materials, catering, drinks, exhibitor badges and all the service provided during the show. 50 per cent will be invoiced and should be paid until 30th of June 2019 and the remaining 50 per cent by 31st of December 2019.
We strongly believe that participating in BB generates business potential, it is an opportunity to meet with each other and exchange information and business partners and promotes our global presence.
We definitely encourage our new members to also sign in and join which will be an excellent opportunity to meet and interact with all members and strengthen their relations with each other.
As per the information received from BB Management, we have till the 20th of June 2019, to give our final and binding booking note for the area we want to secure which we successfully negotiated and will remain the same. Later than that, it won’t be possible to increase the space requirement, therefore, members giving a last minute joining notice will be difficult to be served.
It is for this reason, we kindly ask any of you who is interested in joining to provide your written confirmation for counter booking within THLG booth as soon as possible.
