Dear THLG members,

It is with a great sadness that I officially announce my resignation from THLG and from Excom.

For personal reasons , I left Sogebras end of January after 18 years in the company , which forces me to leave THLG.

THLG has without any doubt been the best experience in my business life  and I leave you with much regrets and a lot of tears…

I joined the group in 2001 ,thanks to Luis Branco when I was in charge for the Bolloré Group of another association called IPON         (International Port Operators Network ).

I was at this time only an “allied member” which doesn’t exist anymore but allowed me to participate to Conferences without being an official member

When I joined Sogebras , my first aim was to become a real member and I had the huge pleasure to be accepted officially in 2007 during the Dusseldorf Conference

I was later elected as THLG Secretary in 2011 , also in charge of admissions of new applicants

All the moments passed together were so nice that  they will not leave my memory forever.

Being part of the management of the group with the other Excom Members was also one of the richest experiences of my career.

Natalya Kulagina is replacing me already in my tasks of Admissions Officer and I really hope she will have the same pleasure as me , dealing with new members.

I wish THLG a long and prosperous life, with qualified and experienced new applicants in the coming years.

Hope you will go on with this family precious mind which creates confidence and friendship for long…

Special thanks to Jos and Marlies Willems , Maria Angelou , Julia Konstantinidou , past Presidents Luis , Paul , Emre and the whole present Excom, Murilo ,Colin , Elisabeth , Alessio and Natalya.

Hope to stay in touch with you in future,

With my warmest regards,

Johann Feltgen
