Dear Members,
We are pleased to inform you that the agenda for the upcoming 70th THLG Conference is almost completed and will be communicated in the next days. In the meantime, we would like to share some important information with you regarding the THLG meeting and related events.
We would also like to remind those who have not yet booked their hotel rooms that they can do so by using the provided link. We encourage you to secure your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability as we have made a block reservation of approximately 70 rooms which will be allocated to our members on a first come first serve basis.
Furthermore, we must bring to your attention a change in our transportation arrangements for the Breakbulk exhibition in Rotterdam. Last years’ experience, showed us that transfers by bus on exhibition’s day can be rather tricky due to excessive road traffic and it’s quite possible that we may fail to keep punctual arrivals at the Rotterdam Arena. For this reason, ExCom decided to embrace a more sustainable approach by utilizing train services. This decision not only contributes to environmental conservation but also offers a more economical and efficient means of reaching the exhibition center (Rotterdam Ahoy).
To assist you in planning, we have compiled helpful links where you can find all available train schedules from The Hague to Rotterdam and vice versa for the Exhibition dates, May 21st to May 23rd, 2024. Please visit the following websites:

Please note that the last train departing from Rotterdam to The Hague on the Exhibition days is scheduled for 00:36 AM.
Additionally, on the morning of May 20th at 07:00, Seema Chattopadhyay from Procam Logistics, India will host an early morning beginners level yoga session emphasizing on breathing techniques. Seema will definitely ensure we begin our exciting day fully prepared with a clear mind and spirit. You should not miss it!
