As members of the co-shared booth at BBEU you play a significant role in the success of our collective presence. In order for everything to run smoothly, ExCom has put together a set of guidelines as well as general information for the use of the booth.
Kindly note following:
Exhibiting members are given priority access to both the common sitting area and catering provisions, ensuring their needs are met efficiently during the event.
Catering supplies are carefully pre-ordered to accommodate a specific number of attendees, so it’s important to avoid excessive consumption. THLG will provide food and beverages for two people per stand, which will include a tray of sandwiches during lunch hours. Participants requiring extra food can pre-order at an additional cost, approximately 30 EUR + VAT ensuring preferences are communicated in advance for arrangement purposes. Prices for additional trays may vary depending on the time of ordering. Alternatively, you can also use the restaurants or snack points spread across the exhibiting halls.
It’s essential that exhibiting members respect the boundaries around their stands and neighboring exhibitors, promoting a harmonious environment for all participants. While non-exhibiting members are welcome to display promotional material in designated areas, they are granted limited access to the seating area, approximately 30 minutes per member per day. Given the long and busy exhibition hours, it’s crucial to use the space with caution, respecting everyone’s time constraints. Privacy is paramount, particularly during client conversations; therefore, exhibitors should ensure neighboring exhibitors have the necessary privacy.
In addition, our booth design offers no storage space for exhibitors, so please, use the cloakroom available at the entrance foyer which will be open the same time as the hall open times. It costs 2 euros per item (subject to change).
