THLG info 60th Conference & Break Bulk 21 – 26 April 2017 Antwerp

Starting room reservations already since announcement on the website and many members made already their booking. Rooms are in reservation at The Hyllit Hotel Antwerp limited according THLG contract. Arrivals from Thursday April 20 through Thursday 27 April 2017. We would like to serve all our members. But now we have more than 60 THLG members all reservations will be made based on first come first serve by deadline 15 March 2017 ! After this date we are free to serve more rooms to other members if required and still available but forecast so far is that with regards to availability of rooms we will be fully booked soon. For your info if sold out you have to take care to find your own room accommodation ! Also new this time by start registrations 1 delegate is invited in the main conference room. If space max. 2 delegates will be invited otherwise alternative possible attending by screen in the 2nd conference room ! Regarding all THLG functions like Informal dinner and Gala dinner max. 2 persons are free of charge. If request attending more than 2 persons also based on availability first come first serve concurrent by this THLG announcement. If more than 2 persons to pay extra per person Eur. 125,- for the Informal dinner and Eur. 200,- per person for the Gala dinner !
