Urgent, feedback needed for pre-booking for Breakbulk 2020

Hello everyone,

We hope that you are well, and we would like to inform you that preparations for Breakbulk Europe in a few days’ time are progressing smoothly. We look forward to welcoming you to what we are confident will be the most successful Breakbulk Europe event ever!

We’d like to offer you the chance to prebook exhibition space for Breakbulk 2020! It’s a little early, but companies able to book pre-show will have the opportunity to secure the best available rates. By booking your 2020 stand in advance of the show, you won’t have to worry about doing it later, leaving you time to get on with the important stuff during the exhibition.

We understand that it is early but you have until 19th June 2019 to amend your stand reservation or ‘cool-off’ without any financial obligation.

Moving into 2020, we believe that Breakbulk management will ensure a strong, worthwhile and rewarding experience, with careful consideration given to the placement of exhibitors, ensuring their neighbours are a healthy mix of peers, partners (and competitors!) who will provide an even stronger exhibition experience in 2020.

Breakbulk management made some changes to their rebooking procedure for 2020. All stands will be confirmed post event because after 4pm on 23rd May (the close of the 2019 event) all unreserved stands will be released and their special rebooking rate will expire. If we want to keep our place in the hall which is great or even negotiate to make it even bigger, we have to do it NOW!!

If you would like to prebook your stand for 2020, please reply to email: [email protected], telephone: +49 2331 94080, cell: +49 173 5333 523. We look forward to hearing from you.

See you all soon in Bremen.

With kind regards
