It all started for the Riedl Group received an e-mail from Fox Brasil, when in Germany Friday at 10pm the weekend already started. Since this project was really urgent and an answer was needed already on the next Monday, the weekend ended up in the office. Already mid of the next week the business to ship two heavy weight and over dimensioned machines from Europe to Brasil could be secured by FOX Brasil with their customer. As fast it began as fast it further went. The transport was arranged just three days later and even the special permit and the special trailer could be arranged in time to the be in time for the shipping plan. The advantage of the Rolf Riedl GmbH as local professional working as an international freight forwarder in Europe more than 30 years and having great relationship with heavy haulier/ trucker throughout Europe was one more time one of the key success factors. After transporting through Europe, the machines were unloaded and stowed on flats and shipped safely to Brasil, where Fox Basil as local professionals took over.
