The Antwerp meeting brought together 49 participants with strong attendance at social events. Members approved the Toronto minutes and 2016 accounts, while Treasurer Thomas Parlow confirmed stable finances. Four new applicants (Egyptian Global Logistics, Vesta, Broshuis, Frits Kroon) and two rebranded members (Antonov Airlines, Nostokonepalevu) were presented and all accepted, alongside Executive Committee changes with Elisabeth Cosmatos, Iris Müllejans, Emre Eldener, and Luis Duran elected. Round-table sessions addressed project cooperation, excellence groups, professionalizing collaboration, marketing, and opportunities in wind and energy markets, underlining the need for stronger trust, standard processes, and potential administrative support as the Group grows. Members also discussed updating the Articles of Association and confirmed Cape Town as the host city for the November 2017 30th Anniversary Conference.
