Members approved a fee adjustment, signed the updated Code of Conduct, and welcomed M. Lamberigts & A. Van Daellen and ADM Aertssen as new members, while Total Movements was rejected. Highlights included a new THLG promotional video, business development initiatives, approval of revised Articles of Association, the launch of contests for Photo, Job, and Network of the Year, and preparations for Breakbulk Europe. Helsinki was chosen to host the Fall 2019 Conference and first Customer Summit. The Gala Dinner honored long-standing members with 5–25 year awards, and the event concluded with a masterclass on Heavy Transport Resource Management before members joined the Breakbulk Exhibition.
