MFC TRANSPORT USING THLG STRENGTHS

Mfc Transport Pvt Ltd, India was contracted by a Turkish Company Fernas Construction to move a Compressor Package end-to end from San Diego California, USA to Surat, Western India, totaling to 535 FRT including Heavy Packages and ODC cargo routed via Siemens Rotterdam for testing purposes.
The Job involved pick up ex warehouse Ex Solar Turbine warehouses in San Deigo and Carson, California, trucking to Houston Port, Break Bulk shipment to Rotterdam, temporary Import handling at Netherlands , trucking from Rotterdam Port to Siemens testing facility at Hengelo, Netherlands. Once testing was completed the consignment was pick up once again from Siemens Hengelo, and shipped out from Rotterdam to Mundra Port India, both containers and Break Bulk packages we loaded on the same container vessel. On arrival the same was Customs Cleared and delivered to the Project site at Surat, Gujarat State in Western India.
There were immense complexities in terms of physical handling and documentation as Cargo was bought on an EXW basis, and the Importing /Exporting entities kept changing as the cargo transited and landed within different foreign locations and finally in Indian Customs Jurisdiction, here too cargo was Bonded and sold ex bond to the final Project owner.
In a classic example of inter-member cooperation we worked the entire overseas activities both in USA and Europe very closely with KOG Worldwide AG, and found the experience most satisfying and highly professional, with full transparency in pricing, operations with timely feedback and flexibility to adapt to very non-static requirements..
