120.500 kg – 1000km = JUST IN TIME With each new order and customer a new challange is born. Therefore special training is needed to ensure that our colleagues find suitable solutions for our valuable customers. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Our actual transport is proof for same: We were nominated to forward 120.500kg ex Dusseldorf to Redcar (UK) with a distance of approx. 1000km. A defined timeframe was neccessary to ensure delivery „just in time“ in order to reinstall all items/components. With reference to our special drawing we explained the transport concept to our customer. The loading- and offloading process was planned and ensured that the items/components were delivered in the right sequence to the construction site. Another great challenge was to load an item with the height of 4,30m onto a vessel bed. We therefore provied special „boiler cradles“ to our client. The complete delivery consisted of 5 overdimesional packages with a max. length of 12m a max. width of 4,80m and a max. height of 4,30m. The transport weight was approx . 100to, which corresponds with the total weight of 70 VW Golf. Arrangements and delivery in time of other smaller items have also been provided by us and was completed on schedule. With succes and full customer satisfaction we completed the project.
