EKME, a global leader in petrochemicals and sustainable technology solutions, entrusted us with the safe transportation of critical refinery equipment from Thessaloniki to the HELPE Aspropirgos Refinery.
Due to height restrictions that eliminated road transport as a viable option, combined with draft and pier length limitations at the destination port, our team engineered a specialized maritime solution:
- Transport Method: Barge PRO CB 100 (70.1m LOA)
- Cargo Configuration: 20-axle line SPMT system
- Execution: Coordinated ballasting operations with comprehensive safety protocols
