Safety and Risk Management

  1. Ultra long distance transportation:it’s about 1500km from Shanghai to Xi’an Jobsite.
  2. Load –bearing of the ground of RORO terminal which cant not afford the weight of cargo, we need to increase road weighting capacity and use axis trucks.
  3. The ground for operation at site has a slope with high difference, we use two excavators and assistive tools to help the truck into position.
  4. Based on the site situation, we are fully involved in the road renovation planning throughout the entire process.
  5. Engineering and position of the cargo.
  6. We use an 800 ton crawler crane to complete the operation in a very narrow working area (width 16.5 meters).
  7. The ground hardness cannot meet the weighing requirements, so we have made modifications to the on-site road surface hardness in the later stage.
  8. Reduced the slope of the positioning platform.
