Star Shipping, THLG member for Pakistan, along with another local partner, has provided offloading, erection and installation services for a 150-tonne vessel at a project site in Daharki.
The scope of work included offloading the over-dimensional item, erection of the piece using two heavy crawler cranes (a 450-tonne American Hoist 11320 and a 150-tonne Sumitomo unit), and installation onto the foundations.
The job was handled safely and successfully and within the required lead time.
