1. Login to the members area of the website with your username and password.

2. Click on the “Announcements” category in the MEMBERS AREA.

3. Write the title for your announcement in the “Title” field.

4. Specify if this an announcement, something relevant to an application or a potential business enquiry.

5. Write the content of your announcement in the “Body” field.

6. Add the main image for your news. Click on the “Browse” button to select a picture and then the click the “Upload” button. The maximum allowed size for the image is 4 MB.

7. If you prefer, you can add images for the photo gallery of your announcements. You can select multiple images. Click on the “Browse” button to select the pictures and then the click the “Upload” button. Please note that for disk space and performance purposes, there is a 4 MB limit per upload. For example, if you try to upload multiple pictures at once and their total size exceeds 4 MB then your photos will not be uploaded. But if you upload them seperately or in groups that do not exceed 4 MB in size, then you can upload as many times as you want.

8. Optionally, you can add files to your announcements for viewing and downloading, e.g. .pdf. You can add multiple files. Click on the “Browse” button to select the files and then the click the “Upload” button. Please note that for disk space and performance purposes, there is a 4 MB limit per upload. 9. Once you have finished with your changes, click the “SAVE” button to submit them.
