CHANGE CONTACT DETAILS
1. Login to the members area of the website with your username and password.

2. Click on the “My account” category in the MEMBERS AREA.

3. Click on the “Edit” tab.

4. You need to enter your current password, if you want to change your email address or password.

5. You can change your email address.

6. You can change your password. You need to enter the new password twice. There are indicators informing you how strong you password is and giving you suggestions to make it stronger.

7. You can change the first and last name of the contact. You can also select if the contact will be public. If you tick the “Public“ checkbox, then the contact will be visible in the contacts section inside the page of the member. If you untick the button, then the contact will still receive news and announcements posted on the website, but will not be visible in the contacts sections inside the page of the member.

8. Finally, you can change the contact’s position in the company. You can also upload a picture if you prefer. Click on the “Browse” button to select a picture and then the click the “Upload” button.

9. Once you have finished with your changes, click the “SAVE” button to submit them.

CHANGE COMPANY DETAILS
1. Login to the members area of the website with your username and password.

2. Click on the “My company” category in the MEMBERS AREA.

3. You can change the cover image of your company. This is the image that appears on the top of your company’s page. Click on the “Browse” button to select a picture and then the click the “Upload” button.

4. You can change the name of your company

5. You can add or change the logo of the company. Click on the “Browse“ button to select the logo and then the click the “Upload” button.

6. In the “About” field you can write a description a of your company and the services your provide according to your preference.

7. Type in the “URL” field the website address of the company. In the Link text field type the text that you want to appear and act as a link to the website address of your company. This is usually the same as the website address.

8. Add a link to a youtube video you may have, e.g. https://youtu.be/uEOXVbx0egI. You can add multiple youtube clicks by clicking on the “Add another item” button.

9. Add images for the photo gallery of your company. You can select multiple images. Click on the “Browse“ button to select the images and then the click the “Upload” button. Please note that for disk space and performance purposes, there is a 8 MB limit per upload. For example, if you try to upload multiple pictures at once and their total size exceeds 8 MB then your photos will not be uploaded. But if you upload them seperately or in groups that do not exceed 8 MB in size, then you can upload as many times as you want.

10. Write down the address of your company

11. Write down the phone and fax numbers of your company.

12. Select out of the available services the ones that your company offers. You can select multiple services

13. In the “Service Details” you can write more specifically the services that your company offers. You can add multiple services by clicking on the “ADD ANOTHER ITEM” button.

14. Once you have finished with your changes, click the “SAVE” button to submit them.
