The Power to Care for student accommodation

Van der Vlist, member of The Heavy Lift Group, was recently asked to utilise their knowledge and Power to Care in order to deliver 56 accommodation units to Sion, Switzerland. The units, which were manufactured in The Netherlands, had lengths varying from 11 to 14 metres, widths up to 3.14 metres and heights of 3.00 metres. All units were transported safely and within the strict delivery times. Once on site, they were then transferred directly from the trucks to the student accommodation construction site. All 56 units were transported to Sion within a time frame of 5 weeks with even the challenge of back loads mastered. The good collaboration with the manufacturer ensures that students have housing near their school.
