Time managing 72 tonne

A 72 tonne Bauer drilling rig has been involved in two projects at different sites in the United Kingdom. After both projects were successfully completed, the local Van der Vlist office managed all of the transport requirements to get the rig back to the continent in a timely manner. The rig was moved to Hull port, shipped via a ro-ro vessel to Europoort and from there the final leg to Germany was arranged on a modular trailer. In total the main machine and 5 additional trailers of mast sections and ancillaries were moved. This is a great way of keeping even the largest and heaviest machines cost efficient for our valued customers.
